What is the length of the fuselage by itself, from the firewall back to where it connects to the tailcone? Just need a ballpark measurement. Trying to figure out where things are going to sit in my shop as I continue construction.

Thank you for the response. That will help tremendously. I should be able to mount fuselage to the tailcone when ready without too much trouble. Thanks again!!!

Good good.
Aside from attaching the rudder, stabilator cables, trim motor wires and possibly the UAT and NAV antenna cables, the tailcone attachment can wait until the end of the build.
You could do the engine and 95% of the avionics without the tail on, if you really want to wait till the end. It may be a little easier running wires under the baggage area with the tail off.
