Landing Gear Mount Bolts

Question for those that have gone before me. I installed my landing mounts on my 7A. I got some hardware bolts and cut the threads off and rounded the ends to use for fitment. I elongated a few holes in the mounts per the instructions. I can get the pins in, a few with a little effort. I’m just worried about the close tolerance bolts. Should the hardware bolts slide in easily? I know the close tolerance bolts suck to install. I just don’t know how much to elongate the holes in preparation for the close tolerance bolts.

I used a borescope to ID the area of interference. It was only one hole. Maybe two. I sent photos to Vans. They said it was ok to file the area, but they were adamant not to drill the holes larger. If you can see any weldment through the hole, the spar bolts will hit it and could get damaged pounding them in. A cell camera might work if you don't have a borescope.
