Landing Gear Bolt Torque Check

I am doing the PAPs on kit #161 but cannot check the landing gear bolt torque as I cannot get a socket on the bolt. I am now told I need to modify the fuselage skin by drilling access holes. I found nothing in "search" and need directions on size and location of the holes.

Any help is appreciated.

And you will neee "crow foot wrenches" for a socket drive to hold the bolt heads in place in the center section. 3/8 and 7/16 if I recall
