Is this normal on a RV-10 Spar?

Hello all,

Have any of you had marks / scratches like this on your spar? There are several of them this is how it came from Vans....

Not normal

Definitely not normal but worth a call to Vans. I wouldn’t be concerned if Vans said to build on though.
