Incorrect Part Received

Page 32-08, the F-1261 shows a 7" UHNW part to be modified into 4 each
1 1/2" pieces.
We received a 6" X 3/4" piece of angle.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Van's has been alerted and pictures sent.
