It will not boot up at 40 degrees farenheight. Called factory and they said it needs new sd card, that did not work. Sent unit in and came back in same condition. Have a 740 and no issues for 7 years. Any ideas?

Does it boot up at home or hangar when cooler using a different power supply?

Have you tested the voltage on the ships connection to make sure that is 12v.

Gets to that temp @nd will not boot. It is in a varieze so only using built in battery. Have a power #upply at home and when it its 40 after being in the fridge stops working
