Identify this camlock? I need a replacement

I lost one of the cam lock fasteners on my cowl and having trouble finding a replacement - there’s a ton on Aircraft Spruce. Can someone give me a hand identifying this piece? Here’s some pics. I did not build the plane… Thanks.

My take

I used milspec on my 7 and when I wanted some extra they said they don’t sell for aviation anymore. I found a replacement from aircraft spruce

Somewhere on the stud itself there should be a part number. You may need to remove the stud to find it. If MilSpec is indeed difficult to locate, someone on this forum probably has a spare or two they could help you out with.

But you need the part number.

Much like AN bolts, these fasteners all have a specific "grip length". You will need the basic part number and the length suffix.

Actually the Mil Spec quarter-turn fasteners have adjustable grip length. The machined aluminum 'socket' has a depth adjustment with a locking pin that is part of a ring around the perimeter. You can pull the locking pin out with a dental pick, turn the socket to the depth you want, then release the lock pin back into its hole.

I have Mil Spec on my -8, and would like to use them again on my next one. Hope they are still around.
