I need support to connect E-Mag tach signal to MGL RDAC XF

Hi All,

Can I do that directly? Is 12V pulse generated by E-Mag good enough for MGL or it should be decreased to 5V by using Zener Diode?
How the micro switches related with RPM should be setup on RDAC XF?

which E mag? I had to get a Tach2 Signal Converte from surefire to make my D-10 read correct polarity. The same unit can be purchased at Aircraft Spruce

Mine is wired directly to the RPM input with all the Tach related switches in the off position

Emag pin 6 single wire connection to tach1 on the RDAC, all RDAC tach dip switches set off. Set PPR to 2 in menu settings on the display.
