How to I trim the gear leg fairings?

I'm replacing the gear leg fairings on my 10. They come with instructions to cut according to a template. What do I cut this with? It seems easy to screw up without small hand nippers or the equivalent.

I tend to use a Dremel with a cutoff wheel for most of my fiberglass cutting.

Do you use the same for carbon fiber parts?

Do cutoff wheels come. in different flavors and if so what is preferred?

The wheels do come in different flavors. None of my parts were carbon fiber they were all fiberglass, but I would have used the same “metal” ez lock cutoff wheel available anywhere had they been.

The EZ lock cutoff wheel works, but carbon fiber chews them up pretty quickly. I used a tile diamond-coated cutoff wheel with pretty good results.
