This is just a curiosity, not a concern - all of my skins and parts stored in my garage (unconditioned space in the pacific northwest) over the last 3 years have a surface finish similar to what they had on day one when I pulled the plastic off. But all of the finished parts that I have stored in the house have gotten this speckled appearance over the years. I'm just wondering what the deal is. I would have thought I'd see the opposite effect, with parts stored in the garage changing, not those in the house.
