My wheel pants use the plans method of bolting the rear wheel pant to the axle nut. (This isn’t for you guys who chose to use screws to hold the bracket to the wheel pant.)
They can be pesky to get started in that confined space.
I got some sponge forceps and modified them to hold that bolt and washer for easier installation. They work on some adel clamps as well. I know there are other methods to do this but this one works well for me.
