Help with measurements RV9/A

Would anyone be able to help with a few measurements that I need? I don't have access to my airplane (and won't for a couple months) and I'm trying to get some stuff worked on ahead of time. I'm looking for the dimensions on the seat and cross channel area. The red arrows on the following images are what I need. Thank you!

Took some quick measurements today: F-940 are 5-5/8" on the top and 9-1/4" on the slope. I could not accurately measure F-742R between belts as it is covered with carpet, the sloped section is about 6" and the vertical measurement against F-705R is about 20-1/4" from the floor to the front top of F-705F channel. I would not be making anything permanent based on these numbers!
