Help with condition inspection in Maryland, VA?

Hello,

I had A&P help / oversight last two years doing condition inspection. However, in the lookout for anyone you know in the Maryland, Virginia area or any suggestions in general?

I did take the rainbow course and got the repairman certificate so can do my own inspection but feel comfortable with oversight.

What do you guys typically do?
