heater cable

Merry Christmas everyone.

Quick and I hope easy question for you wise men. Can anyone think of an issue with shortening the length of the heater cable(s)? I rerouted when I installed my lightspeed ignition and now one of the cables is pain in the rain deer long.

I was thinking just cutting the outside sleeve with a pipe cutter then snip cable to length.

Sure. I used my Dremel with a cutoff wheel to cut mine, but whatever you have. Just remember to retract the cable before you cut the cover to length.

I did the same thing with my parking brake cable.
