Just wanted to make a quick "hat tip" to Grand Rapids Technology. I've had an engine probe on the #1 cylinder that's been bouncing around indication-wise since the day I started the engine and I've concluded after several months and fixes that it was simply a bad probe.

I ordered the replacement the old-fashioned way this week. On Tuesday, I wrote out an order form, wrote a check, put it in an envelope, put a stamp on it and took it to the post office -- !!!! -- and yesterday (Saturday) I had a box with the replacement probe, went to the hangar and installed it (have I mentioned how much I love Adel Clamps? No? Oh, there's a reason!)

Of course, there's ice everywhere and I can't get the plane out to start the engine, but I sure appreciate great customer service.
