Some buttons on my GTX 327 transponder stopped working.
Apparently, the membrane switches for the buttons get tired and needs cleaning. A common problem.
A local avionics shop worked to fit it. Works good now.
And got a tip from the avionics shop, thought I would pass along . . .
"Make it a habit to 'exercise' all the buttons once in a while to keep them viable.
Several quick presses on each on. Unit does not need to be powered up"
