GA28 Pitch Servo conundrum

I'm using the Garmin servos (GA28) for pitch and trim on my 7. I purchased the install kits with them. Roll servo installed fine. Following the instructions from the G3X install manual pages 16-37,38 for pitch. Did everything per instructions. The servo push rod is the specified 5.57" (Ok maybe not exact, but dang close). When bellcrank is vertical, servo is on aft stop.
Any ideas what I am missing. After inserting pic, I see what I did. Can you? The first step in builder recovery is admitting you are wrong.PitchSrvoInstalled.jpg
 
You mounted the servo with the arm on the forward side and it should be on the aft side per Garmin's drawing:
