Fuse and switch panel

Is there a way to remove the AV-50001 Fuse & Switch panel without removing the instrument panel?

I had to replace my AV 5001. Not a fun job! My panel had a nice vinyl skin on it. I had to locate all of the screws using a pick and then cut away the vinyl in order to remove the screws. Also had to remove the left side support for the rack holding the AV 5001 panel. At least it fixed my electrical gremlins...
