Could anybody confirm if the 1-qt fuel tank sealant Vans sells is this one? The picture in the store is very blurry. It’s on back order so I’m buying from a different source.

The picture in the vans store is pretty old, it matches what I bought in 2010, the packaging has since changed. This is what was shipped by vans in 2020 along with a copy of the invoice showing the item number and discerption.

Same stuff. It has a limited shelf life, so I wouldn’t order it until you’re close to ready to build the tank. The leftover can be used even after it expires for all the other sealing tasks calling for fuel tank sealant during construction.

Got it. I’m preparing the tank parts and about ready to assemble it. Will soon finally understand why ppl think it’s a messy task .

Already got a todo list on wings and firewall craving for sealant.
