Fuel tank and leading edge

I’m finished with my ER fuel tanks, and leading edges and the plans are calling for both to be installed. Is there any reason to delay attaching either to my wings now? I know the leading edge must be done first.

It has been a while since I completed the wings but I seem to remember reading ahead to the next sections and seeing it say to remove the tanks for fitment of another part. I can’t for the life of me remember what I actually did. Read ahead in the plans and see what you can find. Putting all of those screws in just to turn around and take them back out would suck!

The only thing I can see/think of so far is the roll servo kit. Looks like access to the bolts is from the tank side.

The AP servo bracket uses the existing holes and nutplates for the bellcrank support angles. No access from the front required as long as you installed the tie down extrusion and nut plates at the very start.

Once the leading edge is riveted on you’re good to go bolting on the tank.
