Having trouble interpreting the Figure on Page 28-06. Is the fuel return line 1 5/8" DIRECT AFT of the supply line? Figure 1 seems to show them left to right a bit?

Fuel Return Line - Tank End QUESTION

Marty,
I put the return line 1 5/8" directly aft of the supply line because the slotted hole in the baggage floor is orientated forward and aft. I clamped the return line on top of the supply line to make it easier to position the tank end of the return line. It would be nice to have the gas tank to see where the ports are located. There have been a few optical illusions in the plans so far. Therefore if there is any doubt, I use my best judgment. If the return tube does not line up with the port on the tank, it should not be very hard to change.
