I am seeing the following fuel pressure readings after start and also in flight in my RV7A. I realize that I must first verify that the pressure reading in accurate, but if this turns out to be an accurate pressure reading on my Dynon D-100 EMS, is this fuel pressure too high? I have been unable to find a manual for my engine anywhere with it's operating limitations. I believe the installed fuel pump is an AE 400 but not sure of that either.

I'd appreciate comments from anyone on this issue running the Titan XIO 360. Thanks.

Thanks Walt. Also, where can I get an assembly manual for my engine and RV7A installation? My hoses are at 13 years old and probably need to be replaced..Haven't had much luck with Continental Titan in Fairhope at getting detailed information

Maybe/maybe not. What kind of hoses? If they need to be replaced, contact Tom/TSFlightlines. Follow his advice.

An easy option is to send your old hoses to him and they’ll make some new ones that don’t have a calendar life restriction.

Research his/his company’s reputation here. You won’t go wrong.

My fuel pressure runs 25-26psi on the engine driven pump, then 27-29psi on the electric backup pump. Titan IOX-360 Silverhawk servo, mechanical injection.

I would program the green/yellow/red bands and press on, like Walt alludes to.

Thanks for all of the responses. I'll continue my search for an "assembly manual" for my engine. Or an illustrated parts manual.

The Continental Titan (I believe) was a continental style gear driven fuel pump injection. The pressure varies with fuel flow, and the Dynon is programmable for a wider range of pressures.

Unrelated to the fuel pressure but you need to install the label for panel ELT switch.

That was an old long ago discontinued system from ECI.

If you do send hoses in for duplication, please clean them just a little. A wipe down with a rag , maybe let all the oil drain out of it. Thank you

Since this is the internet, I find I needed a source......I found that the Lycoming IO-360 Type Certificate Data Sheet says Max Fuel Pressure is 35PSI for most IO-360's. Exceptions exist that allow higher pressures.
