Fuel leak

Has anyone had a fuel leak requiring tightening the right side flare fitting inside the cabin at the firewall? Tightening should be easy but accessing the fitting looks really tough. If you’ve done it, or know of someone who has, please let me know. Thanks all!

Our local EAA teen flight bird had this issue, and Bob Collins had to fight through this as well - maybe some useful info in this thread.
