I put some words for my RV-6 and printed today as a test. Still removing the supports. Thought you’d enjoy as I clean it up. I plan on printing it again later with a smaller nozzle and some tweaks on a few settings.

Great fun to play with.

Looking good! You can save yourself a bunch of filament and print time by chopping it in half so you can fit it on your build plate laying down vs standing on edge (most slicer programs can do this). You should get better print quality with it laying down as well - printing the letters flat vs vertical means no overhangs and smoother curves. For big parts, strategic cuts and a little glue after-the-fact can really make life a lot easier. If the glue line isn't hidden to your satisfaction, there are a lot of ways to post process parts to smooth the finish out.

Learning as I go😎.
This was a free download so I was just experimenting. But yeah, I’m gonna probably print a few :-) Enjoying the process

Also, if you change the model so the letters are recessed by about 3 layers' worth, and print it face down, you can print thre layers of Grey, then switch to black for three layers, then back to Grey for the rest of the print. The black will show through the voids in the Grey, and you won't need supports for the openings.
