flaps rubbing

Hello

Finalizing my wings , I noticed the following :
From the neutral position of flaps and ailerons aligned , when I start rotating the flap , the upper inboard end of the nose of the flap is rubbing against the trailing edge of the top skin . ( just at the beginning of the rotation ) .
Is this a problem ? , and if not , how to protect the paint on the flap ?

It should be a "good" fit.

Once painted, you apply UHMW tape either to the top of the flap leading edge or under the top skin trailing edge.
