Flap positioner

Can you explain how the flap positioner installs? Do I have to disconnect the linkage out to the wing or does it attach to the flap of motor.

Are you asking about the flap positioner system from Show Planes that Vans sells??

It mounts on the flap actuator, instructions are included with the unit.

If you want to mount a feed back potentiometer to drive a display, you need to fabricate something up yourself.
