In order to position the electric flaps at 1/2 down, one has to watch the gauge and do their best to stop holding the switch at the right moment. I've just discovered that it can be done in steps by just clicking the lever rearward. However, I cant fine anywhere in the POH where it states how many degrees each step is ... it isn't 5º ... it is something less than that. I've tried calling Vans today (a Monday) during business hours but nobody answers the answering recording ever after holding for 40 minutes ... frustrating). Does anyone know how this works?
