Thanks to Tom and Shawn for their advice and an occasional helping hand. Also thanks to my sons Jonathan and Matt to help buck rivets when I couldn’t reach.​

I took transition training from Mike Seager at his grass strip in Vernonia, Oregon. Absolutely essential. Mike gave me the confidence that my first flight would be highly successful.​
