Finishing Tailcone - rivet F-1037 skin to F-1032 longeron in fairing area?

I am on 10-23 finishing the riveting of the F-1075 top skin to the side skin and longeron and wondered about riveting the longeron in the fairing area. There are no explicit instructions to do this but I see no harm in finishing the longeron to side skin rivets as appropriate. Is there a gotcha later if I complete these rivets? They are shown on 10-25 and called out as AN426AD3-5’s.

Page 10-21 step 4 has you rivet the skins to the longerons under the aft deck.
