FAA forms ?

Sometime past there was a post telling exactly how the FAA forms were to be filled out for a RV 12 licensed as ELSA. It's
getting close for me . Could anyone direct me to that Post.

If you have picked your DAR it's a good idea to send preliminary copies to them and work out the details together.

Most DARs I know will take care of the paperwork for you.
It's easier in the long run since any errors will cause a complete re-do. No corrections are allowed on the forms.
