F902 Bulkhead, F718 Upper Longeron, DWG 23

Is there a rivet?
The DWG calls out AN470AD4-6 but doesn't actually show the hole. Nothing I could find on DWG 24 either. No holes predrilled. Looks like there should be a rivet but edge distance is going to be close on the F902 flange.
The substructure is riveted but still this spot is still accessible.

I have a hole there, but I haven't put in the rivet. I think I remember wondering if it was going to interfere with something.

Resurrecting an old thread here. I’m trying to drill this bulkhead tab to the main longeron. I don’t think I can maintain edge distance on both the tab of F902 and the main longeron. Did others have issues here? How did you drill this?

It's difficult, but I think I put some pressure on the tab to flex it into position.

I honestly think it could be a poorly bent bulkhead as the other side seems much more manageable. I had to order some other parts anyway, so I just ordered a new bulkhead to try. I spoke with support and they said it was fine to violate the edge distance. If the new one isn’t any better, my plan is to fudge the edge distance on the tab instead of the longeron.
