F-697 missing?

I am working on the forward cabin structure/sub-panel and instrument panel on my 7a Tip-up. The plans reference a F-697 channel. I don't have this piece and it is not listed in my inventory list. Am I missing it or does it come with the finishing kit? Thanks.

Thanks for leaving some old bread crumbs on this. I was just searching my remaining fuse stash and couldn’t find it on the inventory list either. This answers the question
