EZ-PORT (Static) Revisited

I make a static port from a Hylok HL20PB6-2 fastener that offers the option, since the "shank" has a 10-32 thread, you can thread on several different tube type ends.

In the pics attached you can see a hose barb, a push-to-connect 1/8 &1/4 connector - anything that can be internally threaded to a 10-32 pitch can be attached. This aspect gives a greater range of static tubing styles that can be used.

Since the threaded shank also provides a mechanism for attaching the port to/thru the fuselage, it is secure and can be replaced if needed (modification of the head shape for example to more accurately represent air speed).

I offer this idea to anyone who wants to produce them for public distribution. Ain't no magic, but a little bit of machine work is required to drill the center hole, and "reshape" the head for smoother air flow over it.

YMMV - But this does work ...
