My EC-X registered RV9A will get a prop change while getting repaired after prop strike in France.
I need to get a new ARC from AESA as well as a permit to fly for a ferry flight.
It seems that process works only when you communicate in Spanish with them.
Are there any Spanish RV Builders who could help me discuss the process with AESA?
