I just finished EAA survey. It's fairly lengthy and it doesn't collect any identifying information.
I suspect many of you will soon be seeing this survey.

I received it about a week ago via e-mail. Took about a half hour to complete it, most of that time walking twice to the hangar for log book info. Have your logs handy and it won't take long at all to complete.
