Elevator trim cables

I have just started inventory my RV 10 empennage kit. I noticed the elevator trim cables from cablecraft corporation have big stickers on them that say not for aircraft use. Does anybody know if this is a cause for concern? I know this aircraft used non TSOd parts but I would still hope they are airworthy.

Yes, I was thinking the same thing about the attorneys making them put those labels on. The cables look like they are well-made. It's been a little overwhelming getting started with so many questions. This forum has been very helpful. Thanks a lot for your reply.
