I have my e-prop set at 26 degrees but my engine is only developing 5100 rpm’s at full throttle. Does anyone have any recommendations?
Thanks

Try 25 degrees, that gave me a good compromise of speed and climb capability. (At that time e-prop was suggesting 27 degrees which was way too much pitch for a RV-12) See my evaluation last year of props under my name. Static I go over 5500 and can hit that in flight. Love the high static rpm to clear out the motor after a long warm up taxi for a smooth mag check. Just remember to keep max MP rpm over 5200 upon climb out to avoid possible engine detonation.I have my e-prop set at 26 degrees but my engine is only developing 5100 rpm’s at full throttle. Static throttle on the ground? I had mine pitched at 25 on my iS, which seemed to be the sweet spot for me operating out of a 500msl strip. At 25 I would see around 5350 static on the ground. From what I’ve read and heard, the ULS motor will be slightly different but not much more than .2 or .3 degrees difference. Hope that helps.
