Yesterday on our way back from a long cross country we stopped by Palatka, Florida for the cheap fuel ($3.15). A B-25 landed a while before us and was being towed to the pump. I expected to wait for a long time behind it. I was surprised to see the crew from the B-24 waved us to move forward. I taxied right under its horizontal stabilizer. After thanking them and with the help of a lineman we pulled my RV a little more forward and fueled it. You just don't take fuel like this everyday.
