Door Index holes

Door index holes are left open in Section 29 and used in Section 45 to locate, glue and trim the doors. Assuming there is no further use for these open holes, are we ever instructed to finish riveting them?

afaik that's a missing step, it's ok to rivet them once you've trimmed the doors.
