Any builder in the Oklahoma City area who needs tank and flap craddles can have mine.
As for the flap trailing edges. I have used the Vans method, with one modification to get very straight edges. I use the scrap AEX to back up the surface when clecoing it with the proseal. I find this gives a much better grip and there is enough AEX to do all the edges left from the cutoffs.
I then do the riveting on a table saw top, long flat and steel.
