Cowl heat shield

I see lots of threads on cowl heat protection but the links are all broken. My cowlnis sealed with epoxy then painted with 2K epoxy primer. I still want to protect the hot zones.
The consensus seems to be 1/8" fiberfrax mirroring the exhaust pipes with some sort of self adhesive aluminum foil.
Is 1/8" the thickness? How wide?

Is this the aluminum foil stuff?

1/8", about 4" wide. Yes, that's the foil.

Been on there 12 years. I use it on the variable exit panel too, and it's very close to the header.

I have used 1/16 fiberfrax and the foil with great result. The cowl stays cool to touch after landing.

Looks like the aluminum tape stuff is on backorder. No disrespect to Vans, but I don't want to wait an indefinite time.
Does anyone know of another source for the stuff?
Edit
This looks like the stuff

Put some on order from Vans, while you are waiting, you could cover the hot spots with strips of 2" aluminum self adhesive tape found in your local Home Depot - Heating & ducting section. Go for the solid aluminum tape, not the plastic/aluminum stuff.

Backordee

The stuff I posted can't be right. 2mil thick is way too thin.
I placed the order with Vans.
Hurry up and wait.
