The front shoulder seat belts are anchored by an AN5 screw through the cabin top. The countersinks that I have (even the largest diameter) does not cover the screw head size.
What did you do?
Thanks.
Johan
When I was building there were a set of countersinks floating through the RV-10 community. It's been so long, I can't remember who bought them and was facilitating the schedule. Unfortunately, it's one of those tools you only need to use one time unless your planning on building another RV-10.
Thanks for all the replies. I believe Gil is correct that the non-aviation countersinks are not 100 degrees.
I will get the screw head to sit at correct height by some means, then "imbed" the waxed screw into position into resin/flox mixture.
