Coolant Hose

Can't find the radiator coolant hoses listed on the vans parts list. Part # is EA HOSE H151 which makes the two coolant hoses FF-1208A / B.

Is this common radiator hose or is it a vans specialty hose ?

I replaced one of the hoses with H151 Heater Hose from the auto parts store, no leaks.

I plan on using silicone hose from this source at my rubber replacement annual:
