Conditional inspection checklist

Last year I was able to find a a check sheet for performing my inspection but I can't seem to locate it now. Anyone?

There are condition inspection checklists on the POH page. Also search on Brain Wallis as I think he posted a generic checklist

I used Walt's... it is almost obscenely thorough. I downloaded the word version and went through and modified it so it's more specific fo my plane. Just used it last month.
