If you're talking about the TPC re-order, you must have received an email stating: You have until end-of-day Tuesday, February 13, 2024 to accept the modifications to your order(s), or they will be rejected.
So my best guess is that closing time is tomorrow approaching midnight Pacific Standard Time.

Sorry, I mean the claim submission deadline which is 12 February.
