Christen inverted oil system 802 Oil (Ball) Valve overhaul kit?

Hi folks!

The lower „head plug“ (the plate held in place by an snap ring/circlip/retainer) is leaking some oil….
Not as much to be really worried about, but enough to make the belly look awful after 2 hrs of flight.
I want to overhaul the valve and replave the o-ring, plate and retainer.

I cannot find an „overhaul kit“ for the valve or individual part numbers.

Can anyone help me out, please?

There is no kit per se. All you need are a couple of o-rings, MS28775-027 for the ball valve. As an aside, the 804-A swivel fitting requires two MS28775-018 and the 805 plug requires one MS28775-111.

You’re welcome. The documentation doesn’t actually have everything you need. They list Christen part numbers for the o-rings. They conveniently omitted the MS part numbers which are handwritten. I don’t remember where I originally tracked those down.
