CherryMax fully set?

I need a ruling, when I first set these I was relatively happy with what I saw, and now they are keeping me up at night. Tracking the CherryMax doc with min/max levels of flush, these are barely “unflush”…how are we feeling?

I did the Vans lubrication technique.

I don't see a problem. If you are using the correct length based on the use of the measurement tool, you should be fine.

Some of the rivets in the pictures are questionable in my opinion, attached is the criteria I base my judgement on.

The steel mandrel should be flush to the head. Did they "click" lock when pulling them? It's a very distinctive snapping sound.

Take one of the below tools (any brand) and tap it on the mandrel. If it didn't lock the mandrel will come right out.
