Charging issues

Ready for inspection but can't get charging system online. From what I have read the C wire, ( control wire ) should match battery voltage inorder too turn on the generator. I'm not seeing any volts there. Has anyone else had this problem?
Any input is greatly appreciated.

I believe the 1A fuse on the Switch & Fuse module module is blown, not sure why. I'm experimenting with running with the "C" wire connected to the R/B+ terminal. I haven't yet decided whether to send the S&F module in for repair.

Thanks, I checked all 3 of the 1 amp fuses, they seem to have continuity.
I'll double check next time out.

CHARGING ISSUE SOLVED

The 1 amp, amps A fuse on the printed circuit board was blown. Replaced it, now it's putting out 13.8 volts. Ready for inspection.
