Cargo door latch

Hi has anyone put a latch or lever on the RV 10 cargo door interior so it can be opened from the inside in an emergency?

Hi has anyone put a latch or lever on the RV 10 cargo door interior so it can be opened from the inside in an emergency?

I have not tested this. But the door is so light weight I have confidence that a good kick from the inside would bend the door and release the latch. I even restrain any dog back there so they cannot run into that door should they panic.
