Carb hold-down nuts torque

Does anybody know what the correct torque value is for the caburetor hold-down nuts on an O-320?

Of all the safety wire, lock nuts ,lock washers, and castle nuts on aircraft and they bolt the carb on with almost nothing but spring washers and a torque wrench. Add some RED locktite to those if you chose not to drill and safety wire. Ask how I know.

Red if you never plan on ever taking it apart without a lot of heat
